WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF BUILDING A NEW HOME LIKE?
Building a new home is very exciting, but can also be stressful. At Touch Construction, we take on all of the stress and make the process enjoyable for you. First, we will discuss budgets and direct you to a realtor to help you select a plot of land for your home if you have not already done so. Then we will work with you to find plans that best fit your needs. Next, we will discuss any adjustments that should be made to the plans. After we receive the permit, we will begin building! From communicating about paint colors, flooring, countertops, cabinets, etc. we will be there to guide you through every step of the process.
HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT GETTING A QUOTE?
Head over to our Contact page to fill out a form to send to us. In the form, be sure to describe the type of project you are looking to have done in the message box. Are you looking to build a new home? Do you need a kitchen remodel? Be specific as possible. We will contact you within three business days to set up a meeting so we can discuss your options.

Buying a home for the first time can be a rewarding experience. A home is an investment and place for you and your family to call your own. There are many steps involved in purchasing a home. Before you fall in love with a property or contact a real estate agent, it is important to make sure your finances are in order. To help your home purchase go smoothly, you should know where you stand financially.

CAN YOU BUILD A PLAN THAT I HAVE ALREADY SELECTED?
Absolutely! We can build any plan that you choose. We can even help you make changes to your plan if there are ways that you wish to customize it. On the other hand, if you do not have a plan we can help you find one.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE TO BUILD A HOME?
Once permitted, the process of building can take anywhere from 5-12 months depending on the complexity of the home.
HOW MUCH WORK DOES THE BUILDING PROCESS REQUIRE FROM ME?
This is up to you. You can either be very involved or we can take care of it for you completely. You will need to be involved in selections of materials, features and special requests. We will handle the day to day process and keep you updated along the way.
I AM BUYING A PIECE OF LAND. HOW DO I KNOW IF IT IS RIGHT FOR MY HOUSE?
We will have to get a surveyor and the county health department involved to make sure that the land is suitable for the needs of the project.
