WHO ARE WE?
Touch Construction is a custom home builder based out of Sanford, NC. Sanford is a central location to the Triangle area and we gladly work in other areas such as Southern Pines, Pittsboro, Cary, and Apex. Our owner, Mike LaBounty, is a fully insured licensed general constractor with the state of North Carolina. Mike has an abundance of experience and is passionate about his work.
